-I freaked out and cried for 20 minutes
-messaged therapist clarifying that me asking if a later time is possible was NOT the same as immediately cancelling the appointment to avoid future confusion; and asked when we can meet next
-therapist dropped me as a client, referred me elsewhere

-realized I had my psychiatrist and therapist scheduled at the same time
-reached out to both asking if they had openings later today
-both said no, so I rescheduled psychiatrist
-worked my but off to get out of work in time for therapy
-but therapist had cancelled the session

I've never been a fan of scary movies- mainly due to jump scares. But I do enjoy suspense and thriller novels. I wish I had discovered WheresTheJump.com sooner. I'm now watching The Ring for the first time ever. Definitely a lot suspense!!

Fun fact: My last name starts with the letters DOMI. So when my mom made an instagram account through Facebook it generated the username dom.kara (fake first name). I even asked her to change it, but she refused. I don't think my mom is a dominant, so I thought she'd want her user to be different...
