Yes I saw that but it goes at the pace of the video and is hard to read so may as well watch. I would read and skip the parts that aren't important, making it faster. But I will watch someday when I have more time. Promise.

There was no promise. Legislation like that can't be crafted without at least a few Republicans. So what they did was tear off the smoke screen and highlight that the Republicans were the ones standing in the way. Because people generally are not paying attention and only watching Fox News.

Plus, do you actually know that Schumer has not employed any of the tools? I mean, do you watch the senate everyday? I actually think they handled the shut-down, back to back with the Epstein files vote and highlighting healthcare and SNAP very well. Dems are expected to sweep the midterms.

The federal government is completely controlled by Trump. The Supreme Court is dominated by his appointees and fascists. Both parts of Congress are controlled by MAGA. Nothing can be done at the moment. We must turn out the vote this year or things will only get worse.
