I make Green Goddess Dressing, and then I coat chicken thighs with it (lightly salt the chicken first) and roast the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet at 425 for 40 minutes. Here’s my recipe for the dressing, but there are many recipes to choose from or you could maybe just buy a bottle of it.
