I would think she already said what she had to say and it’s safely locked up somewhere “just in case”, and they know it. It’s probably the only reason why she is still alive today.

I had a supervisor who used to do that. Gave each team member a different "confidential" story then wait for it to hit the grapevine to see who squealed.

Are they vetting any GOOD candidates to run in 2026? Are they even preparing for 2026 at all, because right now the silence is deafening. If not, then their silly paddles meant nothing.

Silence is not going to prove to be a good strategy, especially for 2026. People will remember they did NOTHING. At least let folks know they are trying...at minimum vetting new, GOOD candidates to run. No more Erics.
