I paint on wooden boards left in our barn by the previous owner. Each one has a seasonal theme. I lean them up against our circa 1664 home since we have descendants of the original builder (Deacon John Moore) who stop by to take selfies. It's my way of saying Welcome to Windsor.

I'm wintersowing and indoor sowing under grow lights. My triumphs include these Nasturtiums, my flop? Snap Dragons, never germinated. I cold stratified before sowing indoors too. Nasturtiums will attract Aphids so they'll leave my other plants alone #artistgarden #CTgarden

La Befana is a recurring character in my work, I LOVE the story of this Italian witch who delivers chocolate and gifts to all the bambinos and bambinas across Italy's landscape on Epiphany's eve (January 6th). But the naughty ones? they get coal. This ornament sold.

This handpainted woodslice ornament sold. As a member of a Halloween artists group–(EHAG) it's a challenge to create a piece that combines two holidays, i.e. Easter and Halloween, so I was pleasantly surprised that this Easter Tree ornament found a new home.
