To no ones surprise, I'm the type of person to start watching Christmas movies in early November (especially Hallmark!). 🎄

So I've shared a list on my blog with my coziest favorites for the Christmas season! Will update it when I watch more!

The Best Things to Watch for a Cozy, Heartwarming Christmas Season

I just watched My Secret Santa on Netflix and it is an absolute gem. It is SO, so deeply bad in all the right ways. If you need something to hate watch for Christmas with friends, I think this is the one.

If you think 'oh no one wants to see my -insert music app- wrapped on social media'

WRONG.

I want to see it.

Books are the perfect Christmas gift. You give a piece of yourself to someone special. The person receiving the gift thinks that you think they are smart (regardless if this is actually true or not). They're easy to get and fairly inexpensive. Plus, they're easy to wrap. Give books.

How did I only just watch 'Last Holiday'?? It had everything I want from a movie! Funny characters, kind hearted plot, great cast, super cosy visuals.

Highly recommend for around Christmas and New Years! (Because that's when the movie is set!)✨

FYI, your library has movies you can check out for the holiday weekend. They may have toys, board games, or activity kits to check out for the kids and grandkids.

The library is awesome and you should check it out.

I'm watching a Hallmark Christmas movie with a big cup of tea while it's snowing outside. Talk about a great Sunday!🎄

I finished a puzzle for the first time in my life today. Which was a fun accomplishment in itself but more importantly it means I can now start buying and collecting cute puzzles, which feels like the ultimate reward.

I watched You've Got Mail for the first time today and instead of the cosy fall romcom I was promised, I got a heartbreaking tale of a woman losing her dead mothers bookstore to a soulless bigstore chain AND ENDING UP TOGETHER WITH THE CREEPY LOSER WHO OWNS SAID CHAIN??

Great thread with podcast recommendations!📌
I need an indefinite break from podcasts about the election. What are you listening to that you would recommend?

I'm partial to narrative podcasts with dazzling storytelling ("S-Town," "Bear Brook," "In the Dark") but I know those are far and few between these days.
