Difficult for a female physiotherapist to enter a men’s team but not so difficult for a male physiotherapist to enter a female team

At the workplace in sports physiotherapy and medicine women are less paid , harassed more and more questioned about their decisions

I was invited by Florian Forelli to speak at the 47 th Congress of the French association for Sports Physiotherapy SFMKS : Women in Sports Physiotherapy: we need to improve the situation: out of 31 International Federations, only 3 women presidents:
