my FC was pretty devastated by the mare takedown, so i promised i'd take them a 'goodnight moon' group shot of all of our active characters before the service was sunsetted. this was five hours of work on 35 entities in brio & is a love letter to the group that's kept my love for ffxiv going.

Altaani, a Xaela warrior, finds herself eclipsed on either side by the forms of the twin revenants cohabiting her soul, Scorn and Sonata; her expression is haunted. Scorn is snarling at Sonata, and her hand is clamped over Altaani's left eye. Sonata is singing in sorrow, and her hand is clamped over Altaani's mouth. The scene is framed by Sonata's angelic wing at the bottom, and Scorn's dark wing at the top.
