I have to talk to my fmla benefits rep tomorrow, and all I've been able to do is fear for the worse. I'm scared I won't be approved and won't be able to go fmla. I'm
scared I'll owe more money than I'm expecting. I'm scared I'll once again say or do something wrong and get kicked out of IOT.

I get what you mean. I heard someone at work say the same thing about autism. And I agree that people self diagnosing themselves without any prior research is a big problem. However, that doesn't sound like that's the case with you.

I honestly don't see anything wrong with you saying you are self diagnosed with dysgraphia, if that's what feels the most right to you. It's the same way with me and A.D.H.D. It runs in my family. And I definitely fit a lot of the criteria for somebody who has it.

Does a voice to text option help when you write emails? My autism makes it difficult for me to express myself by typing with my hands, so I get where you're coming from. I wound up rewriting this reply several times before giving up and using voice to text. 😞
