Just a ordinary bloke who likes sport (especially AFC Wimbledon) keeping active, and thinking about retirement. Both a Londoner and Irishman, I see no problem with being both.

This is what happens when Trumpism gets involved with the FIFA World Cup draw

Going past Battersea Power Station and surprised to see smoke coming from one of their chimneys. What next? Maybe a pink inflatable pig?

It’s that time of year again. Merry Christmas fellow Wombles

Well that sounds like an absolute banger of a game. Shame we were ahead three times, but I’d have taken a point before the game.

It’s what the Sun’s headline writers do best 😂

Duh! He’ll be 45 in 2030. Credit to him to still be playing at 40, but 35 is a step too far.

Well the FA Cup is all about dreaming for clubs like ours 😜

Because they’re not going to find him.

Ever had one of those days? As I get nearer to retirement, this sculpture I bought over 30 years ago makes it all worthwhile. Not long now until I can do this for real without caring.

Ring a disrupter in the online betting industry isn’t a boast I’d be proud of. No doubt Reading and West Brom will make loads out of it.

At Gatwick and can’t help think that the King of Trainers store is missing a trick. Must have a word with Matt in the club shop 😜

I’m right handed. My wife is left handed. We’ve just had new windows installed and there are left and right handed handles! If only this was so on many other household items.

It looks like someone is wanting a piece of my sandwich.

I wouldn’t want to get out of these terraces in a hurry. The old wooden seats are no more. If the price of a Premier League return is to have insufficient gap for anyone except the slimmest of fans, I don’t want to get there.

Met quite a few Dons on the train up to Luton. Will the start of the new campaign let us witness anything like the atmosphere and result like the last time we played there?

Who says you can’t have green spaces with a view in central London? #primrosehill

How not to treat away fans! Build a TV gentry on top of the stand supported by several pillars to provide an unbroken view of the pitch 😂

Listen BBC Sport, whilst I’m absolutely delighted Oldham will have a nailed on three points on their return to the football league, you really should realise by now that AFC Wimbledon and that abomination in Bucks are not the same club. Sort it out!

Just the eight little ones to take care of. Oh and a more hen!

How are my fellow Dons feeling today?

Making the most of the warm evening before the high pressure that’s been over the UK for weeks disappears. Shorts and sandals will no longer be required until summer arrives.

Rediscovering this absolute classic album. Why don’t I listen to it more often?
