AuDHd in nature. Pattern recognition is strong so the 4 leaf clovers jump out at me. Leaving it as I found it after a quick moment of enjoyment is the way to go.

As an AuDHDer, I struggle with eating unless the food available at the moment is appetizing to me. If it isn't appetizing, I can't force myself to eat. I will instead go hungry. In this case, I found a few snack options to have available with me at my desk in hopes I could get some food into my body

Drink responsibly!
As a high-masking AuDHDer, when I have an occasional drink it hits me how much more relaxed I feel in my body and mind. I wonder if that is how quiet other people's brains are all the time.
