Fine. Real answer: Italian Beef. The Giardiniera puts it over the top for me. Bringing some brightness and spiciness (I always get the hot pepper Giardiniera) that is lacking from the usual one note cheesesteak.

And while not traditional, adding provolone to the CIB is outstanding.

Also — Hear me out: Cheesesteak Glory Hole, imagine that.

I’m beginning to rebuild my collection from a rough patch of life a while back and you’re not kidding. It’s so much harder than it was before. Trying not to get discouraged!

My top five: Mega Man 2, Resident Evil 3 on PS1, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG on SNES, and Sonic 2.

Even made a trip to Japan in 2019 to nab a Super Famicom system w/ Japanese copies of Megaman X, LoZ: Link to the Past, and SM: RPG.
