Has anyone ever sued the UC system &/or the regents for violating the state constitution which says that all UC's should be tuition free for all residents?

There should be serious consequences for whoever ran the update or should have had a backup plan ready. It is NOT OK to have zero regional rail transit for 6 million people on zero notice in the wealthiest state of the wealthiest nation in history, because of a computer upgrade malfunction.

Glad to hear ridership is up! And I was sad to see how dirty the train I boarded at SFO last night was. Don't you have staff cleaning trains at each end of a route? The Antioch train that left SFO ~12:27am last night was filthy, with trash on seats and the floor in multiple cars.

Today's headlines offer a perfect example of why developing any federal lands now is a terrible idea: "Trump officials say destroying endangered species' habitat isn't harm". Any "good things" to be done with federal land will have to wait until people of good faith are in charge of them.

And we know from the first 100 days of this admin that enormous damage can be justified under false pretenses of best case scenarios they never intend to meet. I have ZERO confidence in any public lands transfer or development over the next 3.5 years being anything but an oligarchic land grab.
