So, yesterday, a man put on a dress and asked everyone to start calling him by a new name and everyone just did it.

Seems simple enough and feels like something we should be able to do for trans people too.

Whenever you list an item on Facebook marketplace, you must always remember to chant the words, "whama lama, get out spamma."
If one forgets to recite this incantation, then you will have your inbox filled fuller than a dog on pizza night. None of which are actual interested buyers.

I struggle with depression, which often comes through in my writing in one way or another.

Do you ever find yourself wanting to write what doesn't come naturally to you? If so, how do you break through that wall and come out the other side smiling?

Sometimes I get discouraged with how much work I have ahead of me to build a writing career, but then my wife talks some sense into me and I am forever grateful I have her

4/4 So, don't forget to feed your creature. Keep it alive and healthy. It won't be scary if you just remember that it will love you in return if you take care of it.

3/4 Then I realized that it was biting me because I was not feeding it. It was just hungry and I hadn't fed it in a while.
If I would only feed it, it would not attack me.

2/4 So, I had this sort of vision, where I was trapped in a cage with a creature. The creature stayed in the shadows, boney, malnourished, and threatening.
It kept taking bites of me while I wasn't looking. It scared me. It hurt me.

1/4 I was journaling my thoughts, feeling stuck with a story I'm working on. I realized something in that process.
I need to regularly write or the writing puts me in a cage.
