The part I like the most with custom CSS is removing elements I don't care about, like the irrelevant "you may like" videos in YT search results.

Is this actually legit? The description says that it's by a Microsoft Partner, and they have a verification link that works, but it's for a different entity!
If this is just a gray market reseller, it's probably worse than just using a free activator script.

Speaking as a software developer, the answers to most things on your list would probably be "yes, we know, it's annoying me as well, it would be nice to have but there's bigger things to work on / management wants us to work on". Software is hard 😭

Maybe there's some colorspace information in the original image that's expensive to compute for CSP. Depending on how you copy it, you might loose that.
