I thought the Trump administration was all about quashing antisemitism? They couldn’t be talking out of both sides of their mouths could they?

I also blame him. He’s put his own narcissism and hurt feelings well above the welfare of the American people.

Access to “expensive” health care that only “rich people” might afford is not a persuasive argument. It highlights the heart of the problem— the health care industry’s profiting from people’s physical frailties. I think health care should be nonprofit. Also, expensive does not necessarily mean best.

Perhaps they’ll just say that Trump can’t unilaterally change immigration law by executive order and avoid the underlying issue?

If they were trying to see what kind of reception it would get, they succeeded (though the opposition shouldn’t have been a surprise). Regardless, if the U.S. disowns it now for whatever reasons n it’s a good thing!

Sometimes judges make decisions that aren’t what we were hoping for. That’s not evil! They are not politicians who bow to the will of the majority. If their decisions are rationally based in the facts and the law then we are supposed to respect them. That’s what the rule of law is all about out.

Love the way they think this Walmart turkey dinner thing is the key to turning the tide in their favor. Giving me a few good laughs.

Who really cares what these Ivy League colleges do? 99.9% of us will never set foot in them. I was a little appalled when I found out how much money they receive from the government though.

It’s not just grifting. It’s Trump making a mockery of the American justice system.

Gee, maybe not everybody wants to be a billionaire, though the billionaire class would like to perpetrate that ambition.

Is it like that movie “Goodbye Lenin” where they make up fake news programs to show him what they want him to see and he expects to see?

It used to be up to Congress every time, but they past a law requiring it after the last one, I thought.

The red states wouldn’t know what to do with the money if he did.

But is he really a legitimate “agent” though. Perhaps he’s an “ independent contractor.” The only way to find out is to sue.
September 26, 2025 at 2:47 AM
She should sue. Money seems to be the only thing that makes any difference in this morally bereft country of ours.
