Access to “expensive” health care that only “rich people” might afford is not a persuasive argument. It highlights the heart of the problem— the health care industry’s profiting from people’s physical frailties. I think health care should be nonprofit. Also, expensive does not necessarily mean best.

Perhaps they’ll just say that Trump can’t unilaterally change immigration law by executive order and avoid the underlying issue?

I just can’t agree. The Dems didn’t move on. They kept Trump in the limelight for the whole four years and that is what we are seeing the consequences of in my opinion.

If they were trying to see what kind of reception it would get, they succeeded (though the opposition shouldn’t have been a surprise). Regardless, if the U.S. disowns it now for whatever reasons n it’s a good thing!

Sometimes judges make decisions that aren’t what we were hoping for. That’s not evil! They are not politicians who bow to the will of the majority. If their decisions are rationally based in the facts and the law then we are supposed to respect them. That’s what the rule of law is all about out.

Who really cares what these Ivy League colleges do? 99.9% of us will never set foot in them. I was a little appalled when I found out how much money they receive from the government though.
