I didn’t have pomegranate molasses so I substituted w/ balsamic glaze (balsamic reduction) and a wee nip of honey. It was fine, turned out great!

Chicken Verde Tacos
•Spiced chicken
•Salsa verde
•Shredded cabbage
•Cotija cheese
The salsa….🤤
I roasted tomatillos, onion & jalapeños then blended in cilantro, lime, garlic, love & respect.
The roasting reeeeeally brought it to another level 👌🏽
I wanted to eat 100 of these!!

Went outside and picked up some bullsh*t off the ground, found some scraps in the kitchen, took pictures of each piece of crap, uploaded into computer, and made this weird ol’ image. I dunno….🤷🏻🥸😎🫡

Tried a recipe for a seared-then-braised cabbage. It was amazing🙌🏽
Threw in some sauerkraut w/caraway, roasted baby Yukons, and (chicken) sausage. Wife has German ancestry, I have Serbian ancestry. This seemed like a nod to the food of our people, for sure 👌🏽👌🏽 (Recipe in comments)
