A: At the time it seemed like the best way. I didn't want my name and presence in the NaNo community, for better or worse, to interfere with people's interpretation of events.

I didn't think the stardust would be such a long grind! Doing some GBL during the 4x stardust for the first win period helped some, but catching Sableye and autocatching everything while walking around Saturday was just as efficient.

Update, turns out this actually is an outage according to the Fiber app but my statement still stands.

They're lying through their teeth about the moderation issues and really painting a rosy picture of what happened to old NaNo. Based on what I've heard from former members of their committee I'm glad I never got involved.
