Batch cook day. Lasagne and moussaka done. Curry, chilli, soup next. What needs to be done with a busy postie other half at this time of year. There's no need to think. Just look in the freezer and just add veg or salad. Plus what a great way to relax after a busy week for me.

The weather defeated us last year getting to the stage show and it tried it's best again today with the movie. But I finally managed to see Wicked with my mum. 😀

Great view of the moon tonight and way clearer than i can usually get. I am about 250 miles south of where I'd normally be on a Sunday evening though.
