POOR AVIS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I failed to return a car key to AVIS BUDGET. They billed me $350 for key, plus $66. I called Avis & was instructed to return the key to the nearest office, which I did (& got a receipt). They are now refusing to refund or credit the $350 for the key.
