Correlation or causation. The amount of psychological stress cannot be discounted. Our CZU fire not only produced nasty smoke but lingering grief, ptsd and rage, none of which are healthy either.

Sadly the amount of insurance I am paying to Fairplan and wrap around precludes most home hardening work. Available funds have been sucked up.

Useful to tow stuff, to fetch construction materials, hay, etc. and to help people move. Needed all over rural US. Waste of money just to get one for vanity. Work horse.

Toothpaste without fluoride is readily available. People can protect themselves by purchasing that if they want to avoid fluoride. Why inconvenience people who want fluoride?

Sadly fees and regulations here make these so expensive they can’t rent for a reasonable amount. And probably take a couple of years to even get the building permit.
