We should be building a parkade at the Save On to generate revenue for the pool

The Delta facility is much smaller. It also likely doesnt include the demolition of the old facility and an underground parking lot or bike paths and parking. Please compare apples to apples, otherwise all is bananas.

I think it would be good if you would stop muddying the water which projects that are not comparable.

This Tsawwassen pool will be half the size. Please provide relevant information.

It is because we have already paid to have that assessed 3 times and the cost is comparable, it won't last as long as a new facility and it wont address the current 22% shortage of pool space and our the increasing need from population growth.

Sharing a bit more data for those who are interested. Refurbishing ship sailed some time ago. I think it was $54M when the build was $68. The city opted no because it had a limited lifespan (30 yrs) where the new facility would last much longer. Less value for money.

It wasn't. Just took time.

I have found warmth and heat to be a major trigger. I used cool water to help calm the symptoms triggered by heat.

I have had #opticneuritis twice. It was bad enough that I will temporarily blind for several months. I found it quite painful. It is was my first known symptom for #multiplesclerosis and why I ended up being tested and ultimately diagnosed.

I am so glad it was temporary. It can be very frightening.
