Yep with Putin's blessing. The goal was probably to make Zelensky look weak to European leaders so they'd be wary to jump in and help. But it was so disrespectful and so blatantly pro Putin that I think this will draw Europe even closer. After JD's terrible Euro trip they knew this anyway
