Most district plans will have provisions re running businesses from home. You should be able to find the zoning rules for your street via the online plan. If it’s just parking but not noise you’re probably out of luck, if they’re parking in unrestricted spots.

My experience has been the re-reg was easy but getting new constitution accepted - not so much. Terrible interface, lack of guidance, hidden forms, and having to catalogue the changes between old and new even if using their boilerplate for new 😭 I can imagine many groups struggling with this
