A devastating day in my memory.
My older sister and I often had matching outfits, which was no fun for me because I recall an awful light purple coat, which I wore on Sundays for four years, and then I inherited my sister's awful purple coat. Eight years in an ugly coat is a long time.

Beautiful dress, though. I remember being at my Grandmother's overnight, for some reason, and my mom came to pick me up in the morning. Grandma's opening words were: don't ever expect me to to deal with this child's hair again!

I agree, although RFK, Jr., deserves a few flames. I'm seriously biased, having worked with the MD who isolated the measles virus for 25 years. It's a shame he died, because he'd have been all over RFK, Jr.

So now I have the sound off and I'm watching him sit because his cankles probably bother him, with Mamdani standing. It's just embarassing that he continues to be in the Oval.

I did hear someone say that Scott Bessent was pretty bright, but I've never heard him say anything that would lead me to think that. But the he is on Fox Entertainment with that awful woman. Frequently.

I don't either. No Republican springs to mind. My personal perference would be one of those ninnies from the SCOTUS who made everything he does legal. Maybe John Roberts, who clearly owes the country more than he think he owes drumpf, would do it. Probably not.

OK, but at this point, today, it's not funny anymore. Someone has to go into the WH with a straightjacket and haul him out. Right away.

If this isn't the time for the SCOTUS to rescind its ruling that the President has immunity from everything, I don't know when is. They didn't plan on the President being crazy, so they need to amend the ruling. NOW.

I don't think he "chooses" to say anything. I think, at this point, he just opens his mouth and whatever comes out, comes out. You can go to the back ward of any mental hospital and hear the same thing.

So I'm just assuming Target isn't clear what is keeping people out of their stores: lack of money, not lack of smiles.

I wonder why Ivanka hasn't had a word or two with her father about his disgraceful language with women that annoy him, but her not having said anything (I assume not) probably speaks to how financially dependent she still is on him.

I worked for a group of physicians and most closely with the pediatricians. We all knew enough to panic when one of those pediatricians was sick, because they get exposed to so many viruses that usually they're immune. I know when you are suddenly exposed to a new virus, it's awful.

I think the only reason we don't get hit so hard is that our weather is so awful that we just stay inside for the winter. The sun just made an appearance here for about 10 seconds but then disappeared.

I had one come off a few years ago, and I grabbed it and took it to the very young dentist, who really wanted to start all over again. I insisted, and she finally glued it back on and it's been fine.

I heard someone mention, months ago, that Bessent was actually a pretty smart guy. Anything I have ever heard him say doesn't support that position.
