Hate. Mostly because this: "...a $5,000 fee...split 50-50 between...author...and HarperCollins...gives far too much to the publisher...the authors’ expression...produces value in AI licensing."

I saw David Sedaris last night. He signed Calypso for me, and he drew a ghost (I told him I was a ghostwriter). He said that "ghostwriter" in French is the horrible "nègre". I use "écrivain fantôme" instead. I think it's kind of sexy. So was he. #ghostwriter #ghostwriting #heroes
