You are being disingenuous. If the tentative becomes the order, the motion to disqualify was denied without prejudice because it was premature. Your motion to intervene was denied because it was legally infirm. You can’t equate the two.

Check the Bluebook, the Redbook, and pretty much every other guide which all strongly discourage using quotation marks for emphasis in legal writing because it undermines professionalism, credibility, and clarity.

They can rely on the autopsy reports issued for those firms. They all read the same:

Cause of death: Sharp stab wound to the heart resulting in massive bleeding.
Manner of death: Homicide by footnote.

“Now, the Department has decided that obedience supersedes all else, requiring us to abdicate our legal and ethical obligations in favor of directions from Washington.”

I was being sardonic, but this is a good question. I am no expert, but I know a higher level of a testosterone derivative has been shown to play a key role in male pattern baldness. Then there is some research regarding testosterone and violence, but I don’t think it is close to proving causation.

If we are punishing people for crimes committed by others in the same demographic, Grok estimates 6.7 million bald men were convicted of crimes in the U.S. in the last 5 years, with 1.6 million of those convictions involving crimes of violence, including 13,433 murders. Just saying.

They are committed to the only kind of DEI they support—Deliberately Elevated Idiocy. They expect us to believe not one, not two, but three lawyers physically signed a letter that was not meant to be sent.

I feel confident that he will indeed help ensure our country is a force not to be reckoned with. Just the fact that a 2020 high school grad who describes himself on Instagram as a “film director” has become an integral part of the DOD should help us all sleep well at night.

So, we are now supposed to believe that not one, not two, but three attorneys physically signed a letter that was either (a) just being circulated internally for comment or (b) was “on hold” and not approved?

Sadly, the NYT will only need some minor edits to change the dates and locations when—not if at this point—the story is run about American journalists.

Today they target advocates for due process for a man. Who will be next? Defense, civil rights, immigration, & employment lawyers advocating for justice for their clients? Planned Parenthood supporters? Law school professors teaching Constitutional law? People voting for democrats?

I cannot think of a single reason to vote against a penguin. Not one.

I understand your point, but I don’t think we can ignore anything at this juncture. Remember, when Trump first ran and we thought we could ignore him?
