It is up to all of us to actively and fearlessly resist in in whatever ways we are able to.
Some are posting on social media. Some are protesting in the streets. Some are donating silently. Some are educating themselves. Some are having tough conversations with friends and family. A revolution has many layers. Be kind to yourself and to others who are traveling in the same direction. Just keep your foot on the gas.

Here’s a connection for you. “Othering” and maligning a legitimate opposition party— and, in particular, framing it as a potential threat to induce fear—comes straight out of the fascist playbook. Aren’t you supposed to be the fourth pillar of democracy?! Why aren’t you doing or saying anything?!
A Fox News post picturing Stephen Miller who told Sean Hannity, “The Democrat Party is not a political party. It is a domestic terrorist organization.” And Jon Favreau has replied to this post, “Senior government official declares the opposition party domestic extremists as military and masked federal agents are deployed to opposition strongholds.”

Yep. Things in the world are continuing to fall apart. But! Here is a nice Eastern black swallowtail caterpillar on my bronze fennel. First one of these I’ve seen this year.
