Yeah, that’s fair. I think this season is worth watching for Dustin, who’s been very changed by the events of S4. But there’s much more interesting stuff out there to watch.

Last season was genuinely great. This season has bright spots, but every scene with Eleven is just so boring.

It’s legitimately a great album, though.

But to clarify my statement, I think they wisely worked within their constraints to deliver a good game. But I also think that without those constraints, the game would be better balanced. There’s so much in the game that you don’t really need to touch at all.

The tech isn’t the issue! Systems are out of balance.

I think the big problem is that while the rest of the cast also looks older, it’s more subtle. It’s such a massive difference in the kids. They used to look younger than the older kids like Nancy and Steve and now they don’t.

I’m sure contracts were most of it, but also, I’m not sure you could recast it. One kid, yes, the entire cast, maybe, but just the young ones? That feels weird, given that they’re the most important characters.
