Over 80 cities took part in the 2025 #ForumofMayors from member states in Europe, Africa, Asia & Latin America, with our discussions highlighting how much even very different cities have in common. We are all at the frontline of global challenges and all innovating to find the solutions

The SNP motion set out basic facts for councillors to adhere to: asylum seekers & refugees aren’t illegal, they don’t commit more crimes, they don’t get priority treatment in housing queues. UK government policy is creating serious homelessness issues in cities but they could change that tomorrow

@GlasgowCC environmental teams are out across Toryglen for a Week of Action, in addition to normal services, tackling stubborn local issues like flytipping and dog fouling. Find out more from our local Neighbourhood Coordinator, Christine, at the Glenmore Avenue shops on Thursday
