I know of one person living with family & receiving over $1K/month. That person uses at least half of the $ to continue abusing an addictive substance - despite a hand-delivered a letter to the office on Pandora Ave, begging them to stop handing out cash, specifically requesting different support.

Seeing this video of the exchange, I get the sense that Carney is saying that BC and First Nations would have to consent. At the same time, it doesn't seem like a resounding defence of BC's & First Nations' right to protect their lands/waters. What to you make of it? www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUi5...
