I've been thinking a lot. I'm reminded of who I used to be. I thought being healthy was a lost cause & I was doomed to forever be fat. I found my why. Thru determination, hard work, faith, & support I overcame. Today at 185 pounds. l've lost 178 pounds. It's not been an easy process but so worth it.
