Sounds like a great place for predators to work

I foster rescues. the trauma and mistreatment these animals experience from puppy mills is horrific, yet within regulation. while they are with me for a short time, the trauma is lifelong. I tell everyone, every random stranger I encounter, to never take a dog from a large scale breeder.
