You have a jam packed social diary so an afternoon relaxing at home is well deserved & the gym can wait, missing one session is negligible & the weather is rotten everywhere, drains were over flowing on South Wimbledon high street earlier, might need to wear goggles when I drive through there later

It would have been quicker & cheaper to knock it down, he’s added rooms to an already large house but the exterior is rank the paint is peeling off & render falling off & no or broken gutters

It just seems to be one thing after another this year I feel like once I get the latest thing managed something else happens, feels like I’m swimming through treacle at times, hopefully next year will be easier we will have diabetes under control, building work finished & cats ok

I take B12 I buy the nutrition geek ones so he can share mine, he needs a blood test so might need B12 loading I had that as my B12 was on the floor, also going to get more red meat & green veg in our diet

He’s ok I booked him a Dr’s appt as his feet hurt at times, I got him one of those heated foot massagers but said we need to see what the Dr says & she said nerve damage is a diabetes side effect so whilst we wait for the podiatrist appt he needs to take b12 as low b12 contributes

It’s been so disruptive I’m just hoping it’s nearly done, the Dr has referred Nick to the podiatrist & the dentist done a temp filling & referred him to have the tooth removed

This building work has been going on for 9 months it must be ending soon, totally sick of it & he’s got all he’s deserves as the extension roof tiles are coming away so must be leaking & damp also they built over his drain so it stinks in his garden, serves him right

It’s so funny there is a gap in the tarpaulin so we use it like a letterbox to put our rubbish in their skip, going in the garden today to throw their building rubbish back in their garden, will do that after Fortnum & Mason hampers arrive, it’s our annual treat
