science/bird peeps, can anyone explain what these small birds are doing? happened during a thunderstorm with lightning after the worst rolled through but before it was over. they did this for like 10-15 minutes and then stopped.

hi hello this is the second time i have heard/spotted this (probably based on sound) raven in my apartment complex and i am DELIGHTED, i love corvids in general and ravens in particular, so anyway gotta google what to put on my balcony so i can make friends with this birb
