After all this, we need some kind of law that puts the construction company is on the line for production/destruction on federal property without XYZ review/permits. Something that would convince companies to refuse the demands of a future Trump without the right authorization.

I saw this movie when I was younger than the target audience. I didn't understand a lot of it, but I wonder how many messages from this one & others subconsciously seeped in.

POV: You're a college freshman. You have a 10 page paper due in an hour. It's only eight pages. You already increased the font size, spacing, & margins slightly.

You can also have House Rules about whatever. Rewrite the alignments. Toss out the pantheon & make monotheistic religions. Create a low-magic world where the campaign is fighting demons. You can make D&D your own, even if that means making your campaign bigoted AF.

Even if it were true, the argument is silly. The whole beauty of D&D is it provides a framework to make whatever kind of fantasy-based world & story that you want. You could design a game where PCs work for the LG government & are squashing fantasy-Antifa terrorists. Do what you want.

I'm vegetarian so I don't know much about turkey, but that is not normal. Right?

I miss going to see Rocky in a theater with all the other freaksin costume, callouts, toast, etc and a live show. As a movie to watch on a Tuesday night... It's not great.

That sucks. Hope you get something better. DC's bus & metro combo at lease work pretty well within the city limits. Also driving & parking in the city is horrendous so there's motivation to use an alternative.

The 1st iPhone was only released 18.5 years ago! They're still a fairly new product, relatively speaking. And 10 years ago phone conpanies gave you a phone when you signed up for a 2 year contract. Technology speed was increasing so fast! Now it's incremental changes & they're f'ing expensive!

Americans' views would change more if they had viable mass transit options. When I lived in DC, I hardly drove, almost always used metro, bus, or biked. Now I live in 1 suburb & work in another. Both are fairly close to metro stops, but even then driving is 45 min & transit is over 2 hours.

It should be illegal for a politician to have investments in or to invest in any individual company while in office. Money can get shifted into a fund that follows the market or gets pulled out of the stock market altogether.

YES. Emotional regulation is one of the most fundamental skills needed to be successful in school, work, and social life. I work with autistic students & we do a lot in this area. EVERY student needs to learn these skills.

Burr demonstrated a nice Gen X ellipsis. Finishing sentences is for losers.
