This from Jenni Russell at The Times is brilliant. Every time we move we go through every possession (9 times now). We moved to a smaller house this year and were brutal with everything. We do feel lighter. It’s also so calming and peaceful to have fewer things and more space

My creativity knows no bounds today. Later on it’s making fish pie and a crumble but for now it’s the gorgeous @nigella.bsky.social chocolate loaf. The thing I bake the most. Winner every time 😍🙌🏼

We generally frequent 1 pub and the bar staff in there let us know if a table is coming up. We like to think it’s us they like, but know it’s the dog they prefer!!
