I will admit I haven't read the book yet. "Abundance" has struck me as a repackage of "Supply Side Economics" from the 80s. I have seen Klein on umpteen interview shows, including Stewart's. Abundance reminds me of the 90s when Democrats declared defeat and moved to the right.
