Three ago, I visited my dad in another state. His housemate was literally dying, but dad just stared at the TV muttering about unpaid rent. I called the ambulance for his emaciated housemate, and within a week had arranged dementia care for Dad. I recognise Trump's vacant stare.

We took a drive to Jervis Bay this afternoon. Such pristine beaches! We stood in the water, a large school of tailor swimming in an undulating line between us. By our reckoning, it was 5 minutes before it had completely passed.

My observation is that a lot of people who experience paranormal events in childhood and through their teen years generally have a much higher boggle threshold in adulthood.
