Detective Joshua Kelley-Eklund, Detective Victor Lemus and Detective William Osborn were the 3 deputies that were killed in an explosion at a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department training facility. All three were assigned to the Special Enforcement Bureau’s Arson Explosives Detail.
