Let’s not forget that PAs generally work 37.5 hour weeks, don’t do nights and weekends, have far less student debt than doctors, and have guaranteed long-term contracts. Resident doctors enjoy none of these things.

It just makes no sense. What is he trying to accomplish? He's fighting a war that nobody else is fighting and picking a fight with a very good friend. It's just so bizarre and senseless.
