I've stopped viewing free time as a waste. Hitting a wall of boredom actually helps me reflect, which in turn allows me to navigate my days better. By dropping unnecessary activities and picking up more things I enjoy, my time now feels both slower and more fulfilling.

Study burnout taught me: Goals motivate, plans guide, but energy fluctuates. Don't blindly follow rigid plans! Not all tasks (or topics) are equal. Focus high energy on high-value tasks,
low energy on effortless ones. People rely on vacation for escape/reward, but consistent rest is more sustainable

Feeling inferior with a small friend circle as a male? I get it. Not an athlete or long talker, either. But don't cut friends off unless it's compulsory! Give them space, chat occasionally. It'll bloom unexpectedly. Found my liking for board games today, thanks to old friends. Until we meet again!
