Stop collective punishment.
If one employee makes a mistake, it’s unfair for their coworkers and families to suffer the consequences.

Stop the hate.
Stop the name-and-shame.
The studio continues to defend its reputation and has filed defamation lawsuits against media outlets spreading unproven claims.

Quantic Dream commissioned an independent HR audit, which found 96% employee satisfaction and a positive work atmosphere. 😜😝😀

In 2019, a French labor court ruled the IT manager voluntarily resigned and denied most of his compensation claims. 🤣😅😂🥲🤧

The IT manager then sought compensation and exposed the case to the press, sparking media coverage about the studio’s work culture. 🫣😱🥶🤢

In 2017, a Quantic Dream employee created photo montages of colleagues, including one mocking the IT manager as “Supernanny.” The company took disciplinary action immediately.

Quantic Dream faced accusations after a photo montage incident led to media scandal. Courts ruled the employee resigned voluntarily & denied most claims. Independent audit showed 96% employee satisfaction. Studio fights to clear its name. #QuanticDream #WorkCulture

Let’s stop the cruelty and start standing up for the humanity behind every employee.

The hate, the public shaming, it hurts real families, real lives. Imagine being judged for something you didn’t do, while your loved ones suffer the fallout.

We all deserve compassion and fairness. No one should be punished for the faults of another.

Just some context behind the noise !
August 9, 2025 at 8:10 PM
The former IT manager who started all this was rejected by the courts on over 95% of his claims, after a 5+ year legal battle — all sparked by a single photomontage of him as “Super Nanny.”

In the end, only the journalists chasing scandals and the lawyers truly benefited from that crazy story.

In defamation law, if you can’t prove what you publish, you lose, anonymous source or not.
August 9, 2025 at 7:58 PM
That’s not accurate.
Quantic Dream didn’t “win because Le Monde refused to name a source” the court ruled that Le Monde failed to prove its allegations and had presented defamatory claims without sufficient evidence.

The company and its employees saw their reputation tarnished by this affair, even though most had nothing to do with it.

Stop hating and bashing at every opportunity: the truth is often far more complex than the snap “justice” of social media.

🥹😥😟😥😢☹️😖
August 9, 2025 at 7:10 PM
If all of this ended up in the press, it was above all an act of revenge, exploited by media eager for controversy and “buzz,” while lawyers also took advantage.

This affair only benefited scandal-hungry media, which feed on other people’s misfortunes to sell papers. It is also the story of an IT manager who hoped to cash in on his departure in exchange for his silence, otherwise threatening to spread all sorts of rumors, such as claims of a toxic workplace.

Don’t punish an entire company of 200 people for the actions of just one. That would be collective punishment…

The vast majority of employees had nothing to do with it, and even the two executives were victims of degrading photomontages and they reacted immediately and firmly.
August 9, 2025 at 7:04 PM
The photomontages were horrible, that’s true. But the most problematic ones were only shown once, on Monday, February 27, 2017.

The person responsible was disciplined, issued an apology, and photomontages were banned in the company. Since then, there has never been another incident.

📰 The French newspaper Le Monde, which relayed these unsubstantiated claims, was found guilty of defamation in 2021.
The court ruled that Le Monde had failed to provide sufficient evidence to support the accusations it published, particularly due to its refusal to disclose anonymous sources.

David Cage has never made any homophobic remarks. He has firmly denied the allegations made against him, which originated from a former employee who attempted to blackmail him in order to obtain financial compensation.
