A fully rendered piece I made for the Cephaloween Zine with my main 4 Splatoon OCs. The background is black but the frame they're in is gold and each of them have stained glass windows within, seemingly being the source of the lighting of this piece. There are also flowers, Iris and Rose's are self-explanatory, S has white lilies, and Sora is the only one without any. Iris and Rose are on the top, both of them are holding the skeletons close, but Iris on the left is gripping her skeleton's wrist with the skeleton being in back view and is looking at the viewer with a death glare. Rose meanwhile has his fingers entwined with the skeleton's fingers and is looking at the viewer with a grin. In the middle is S, who is the only one looking down at his skeleton and with a more softer look than the others. He has his left hand cradling the skeleton's jaw while he holds a dagger in his right hand. Sora is on the bottom of the piece, also holding the skeleton close to her but holding the skeleton's wrist not so tightly.

I will say tho the new amiibo villagers are cute, especially the deep cut ones I like them

They gave me an actual reason to play the game again but now I gotta look at my island after years of not doing anything with it and not be filled with the urge to immediately reset everything

I don't get to draw backgrounds like this often let alone a laundromat scene but I like the end result!! I also like how their outfits turned out they're so cutieful to me,,
Rough sketches of the outfits that my Splatoon OCs featured in the piece above are wearing. There's also little cards behind all 3 of them, which details things that they don't normally wear when going out. Iris: "Her style/fashion is perfect as is, she thinks, she just normally doesn't put her hair in quick, loose styles." Rose: "Despite having a similar style/fashion sense to Iris, his fits lean more into the chic side, so he doesn't usually get to wear clothes like these often." S: "He's not one to wear short sleeves often when going out, nor is he used to wearing less layers than he normally does..."

A fully rendered piece of my Splatoon OCs, Iris, Rose, and S, in a laundromat. Iris and Rose are in the back talking or arguing with each other, Iris rests on one of the many washing machines while Rose walks away, and their smallfry Lotus can also be seen in what looks to be Iris' laundry basket. S is shown walking into the laundromat with his laundry and a confused expression, probably unintentionally overhearing the twins' conversation. Tempura is also resting on S's shoulder. Some text also is in the background. "Super Laundry" being the name of the laundromat they're in (and totallyyyy not named after yours truly) A sign labeled "Wash Station" can be seen behind Iris and Rose. And a CD/record store named "All-Night Radio" can also be seen, though not as prominent as the rest. That one was named after an Ado song teeheehee
