@jebox.bsky.social If the team ever wants to consider adding more naturalist world set pieces such as desert oasis's or detailed nesting grounds, consider using the placed_features data, which uses biome generation instead of the structure system. That way they'd form more seamlessly into the world

Would it be possible to give all trees their own falling leaf texture? (And possibly dried leaf variant)
All falling leaves look like they belong to oak trees, so seeing this same particle fall from everything looks disparent, especially spruce which should have needles

Jappa isn't really active on social media, so if someone has an art critique or request there's not really anywhere they could share it with him. And I doubt they check the feedback websites either with how it's structured. Could there be a push to refine a place to share ideas?

Would it be possible for Mob AI and rendering to one day be optimized so having a small handful of giant moving mobs doesn't crash the game with how much resources they take?

Why is this thing allowed to ban you completely online for a game you pay money for. It should only be per-server like it always was, the auto mod cannot detect context.

With the recent changes in the last snapshot, from what I've seen in the feedback areas, people think dried ghasts are now way too common and accessible, and the issue of crafting ghasts is still found to be weird and unwanted, even with the recipe change.

Thanks. The problem the team is trying to solve is how to allow players on old worlds to obtain a dried ghast. On the second point, it is an interesting discussion that we also have internally.

Will textures from the drop system be affected by feedback? I commonly heard bushes could be as big as dead bushes and trees shouldn't all drop the same recolored particle but rather the leaves from their blocks
