Yesterday my husband who was WFH for the day accidentally knocked the carafe to our French press off the counter, predictably shattering it. I'm the only one who uses it, we also have a regular coffeemaker and a Keurig that I with reusable cups. I was in no danger of not having coffee...

The first book was ok. Hunger games meets Beauty & the Beast YA edition. What you don't realize is that it's all set up for the more interesting stuff.

When I rec it I start with "you need to commit to the first 2 books" I also make people update me on thoughts of the characters because that's fun

I think he doesn't want the paperwork associated with high school and he wants to be able to teach some advanced courses (although he does teach a lot of intro).

2 body problem my friend! PhD physics husband needs a teaching position as well. Also pretty sure his parents would kill us. As long as we go somewhere tropical my parents would be fine 😄
