Been reading Superman the Golden Age. So far it’s naive but makes up for it by being charming and cathartic.
I don’t know what it says that even way back in the earliest days of superheroes I still can’t escape Batman.

Filling this out was pretty fun, not just because it gave me an excuse to reflect on my favorite Pokémon, but also because it’s very funny to me that the website thinks Clefable could possibly be my favorite Pokémon because it happens to be my favorite fairy type.

Been hearing about the horrors of wild zone 17 for a bit so I came prepared with earthquake.
I forgot however, that 17 is my lucky number.

Caught up a bit on some comics. Why did no one tell me Krypto issue 2 was good?
It’s got my favorite kid Lex characterization, the kind that constantly has me ask what the hell is wrong with this kid while also feeling bad for him.

Finally caught up on the current Transformers comic (I’m slow). Genuinely love how they brought back gun Megatron and made it actually thematic and impactful instead of just silly.
Still kinda silly, but he’s an aura farming king the rest of the time so who cares.

Full grown adult, wake up 6 am for an 8 hour shift. Boss is late so we lose an hour of work as I stand outside the door to the building, don’t have keys.

Secret Six is over and I’m sad because I really liked it. I didn’t really care about Jay before this but now I’m mad because I don’t know when or where his story will continue.
Will Jon and Nia get together? What happens to Amanda? It’s a really good series and I wish there was more.

Dan Mora’s going to be drawing Transformers and this single page has convinced me that I clearly need to read this run

My Pokémon starter tier lost. I may or may not be a bit of a hater on some fairly popular Pokémon.

Just finished Joe Sacco’s Palestine. It’s a comic book about his trip to Palestine and the stories he heard from the various locals.
Although not always easy to read, it’s a great book that doesn’t sugarcoat any part of the struggle of living there.
Highly recommend.
