Honestly I think "substantial material and financial benefit" is not enough of a bright line, but I do see value in the president having some pardon power. AG should be elected independently by NPV outside of electoral college. Still too much room for corruption when appointed by President.

I guess the only real difference I see is blacked out windows instead of purple, and a different head (although it's possible both versions will have both heads).
