I'm still currently fandom-free (in a sense that I don't have a fandom I'm dedicated to), and I'm trying out different sites to pick where I want to spend most of my time on. This is usually my dillema. Kinda makes you think why tumblr was THE fandom website before 2018...

I dropped this audiobook and listened to Unmothers instead. It's a unique exploration of female rage and generational trauma. It starts a bit slow, sort of like a crime novel but it's interesting to see the whole story unravel, to get to know the characters. And there's some nice horror there!

Still processing Midnight Rooms by Donyae Coles. It's an unsettling atmospheric gothic horror novel with a slowly unraveling mystery in a creepy house that feels surreal. I listened to the audiobook, but I think I'd like to reread at some point because there's so many layers!
