For instance, here’s a video circulating on Reddit of a NJ drone. As it passes over, you can see the 2 landing lights lighting up the fuselage, the left wingtip red nav light, the right wingtip green nav light, the center anti collision light, strobes (position/nav) on the wingtips and rear strobe.

Btw, it’s possible these videos of planes are meant to muddy the waters of real anomalous activity.
But it’s good to remember aircraft have extremely complex lighting and it’s worth a google to see just how crazy a jet can look on approach or departure fully lit up.
